The Dallas Decorators Showhouse is a creative collaboration between Traditional Home magazine, Texas real estate developer and builder Paul Moss’ Marina Bay Development Corp., and his wife, designer and TV host Donna Moss.
Sponsored by Traditional Home magazine, the project will ultimately benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, which is committed to eliminating the disease, enhancing care and support for all those affected, and reducing the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
The 7,500 sq. ft. showhouse sits just outside Dallas, in Southlake, Texas, one of America’s highest-earning cities and home to celebrities and professional athletes. The exterior of the Moroccan Modern-style dwelling showcases natural stone and stucco finishes, with iron detailing on the doors, windows, and lighting, and lush landscaping.
The home will be open for viewing in September of 2017. It will then be sold, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Association. Sponsorship opportunities are available, both for interior and exterior home decor items and materials.
